1st Amendment:  Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,  or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech,  or of the press;  or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
FCC Backs Off

It wasn’t the ‘Mainstream Media’ that was outraged, – it was us everyday American Citizens, – united in part by political bloggers….

Your Congress Critters are all running for re-election this year.  When they come slimming around looking for money and votes, – ask ’em where the HELL they were!

We need to keep vigil on this one, folks. They have supposedly backed off, but DON’T assume it is a permanent backing off. As soon as the election cycle is past———-LOOK OUT!!!!!!!!!!

An Albert Einstein quote: The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything”.
This assault on our First Amendment will not go away. This Administration has been engaged in an unprecedented assault on our Constitution as this President is expanding the size and power of the government using regulatory powers beyond his legal limits.
We should be very worried about the erosion of liberty, but even more frightened that the American people have grown apathetic.
The lack of outrage is alarming. We are watching as our Constitution is being trampled, and Obama is determined to silence those he disagrees with.
