Union Robots Feel Their Shame

Posted June 25th, 2013 by Iron Mike

Traffic was VERY light at my polling place this morning.  Mostly just the usual union robots, – who won’t make eye contact – even when you smile at them.
At Polling Place

At some level they feel shame…

Save Your Beak

Scary that so many under-40 voters – many with kids – looked at this sign, – read it, and said“I don’t get it…”.

I wanted to say, ‘Yeah, it’s probably hereditary’,…but I just kept smiling.

There were NO sign-holders from EITHER party….  Disinterest has peaked!

You’re very creative for an old soldier.

    Love it!

When we went to our poling place in Stoneham, there was plenty of activity. No sign holders for Gomez. Not many for the Republican candidate for assemblymen.

I’ve always thought that sign holding is really nothing but a waste of time.

You can do one of two things on election day to help get your candidate over the top.

    1. Stand with a sign and watch people pass by.

    2. Actually work either on GOTV with phone calling and literally driving people to the polls themselves.

    One note:

In Lowell, I noticed sign holders for city council seats. Not a single one for Markey or Gomez.

The city council election is this November.
