Did Trump Just Back Down?

By appearing to postpone the 2019 SOTU Address until some date after the Shutdown ends, – has Trump backed down,  – or is he just giving Pelosi a little more rope? CNN and the Left-Wing Media (Propaganda Ministry) will be calling this a Pelosi Victory…for years.
