Shades Of Tawana Brawley 1987 – 2013

Posted June 27th, 2013 by Iron Mike

Most of you won’t remember the headline screaming case of 15-year old Tawana – whose false accusations of rape [‘by six white men’] thrust Poverty Pimp Al Sharpton onto the national stage.
Sharpton's Shadow
Watching parts of the George Zimmerman murder trial – I was struck by the similarities.  Al Sharpton and race-baiting are the common denominators.

TawanaIn 1987 – rebellious teenager Brawley – already in trouble for hanging out with boys against parental wishes – disappeared for several days and was ‘found’ in a garbage bag, covered with feces and racial slurs [written upside-down].

She played her part well, aided by race-bating Al Sharpton, – long enough for a grand jury to conduct a lengthy investigation – 6,000 pages worth / 180 witnesses / 250 exhibits – and concluded Brawley had lied.

In doing so she fingered an assistant DA for Dutchess County – Steven Pagones – nearly ruining his career.
NY March 1987

Pagones won a judgment against Brawley and Sharpton and others – he’s never collect the full amount.  In recent years Brawley has allegedly converted to Islam.
stirring the pot

Had Sharpton stayed home last winter,  George Zimmerman would not be on trial for murder.

But Al needs public spectacles and the national spotlight – or he has nothing to exist for.  He went to Florida to stir things up

Of course Jesse Jackson went along, as did NAACP President Ben Jealous.Florida March

Zimmerman was charged with murder to defuse the situation.

Now his life depends on an all-woman jury being reasonable enough to recognize a railroad.

Rachel JeantelIf Rachel Jeantel is the best witness the State can produce – George should walk a free man.

But it’s summertime, and the looming threat of race riots – Al Sharpton incited race riots – is in that courtroom.

In 2012 or 2013, this kind travesty should not have happened.  A sane prosecutor should have calmly examined the evidence and declined to press charges – or told a grand jury why they should dismiss charges.

But 2012 was an election year for our worst – and Black – president. Politics overcame common sense and courage.  Zimmerman may be convicted simply because Obama has set race relations in America back 40 years.

Circus time in the ole courthouse.

All this “Circus Time” by the main stream media–too bad they don’t vociferate attention to all the other government scandals as effectively.

It’s all about race. Facts don’t matter in court anymore.

After George Zimmerman is found not guilty in state court by a white jury, he will be indicted in federal court and found guilty by a mostly black jury.

Did you notice how long this case took to come to trial? Did you notice how much the parents settled for? $1.4M Isn’t it unusual to settle the lawsuit before the verdict?

Shouldn’t this have been a manslaughter case?
