RRB: C-T-M-O-!

Posted November 18th, 2020 by Iron Mike

The command from my earliest days in the Army – back 59 years ago:  CTMO – “Close Trails – March Order!”  It means the firing battery (field artillery) is moving out to a new firing position.
Your humble blogger has spent the last six weeks shredding the last 40+ years of my life,  – old Army rosters and 29 years of high-tech recruiting.

My hat is off to the crews from Got Junk? and Gentle Giant.   We’d still be there without those guys! Can’t say enough about both outfits.

As I sat feeding my entire adult life into that shredder – memories kept flooding back,  – to my days as a teenage soldier.

As I sat feeding my entire adult life into that shredder,  – memories kept flooding back,  – to my days as a teenage soldier.

Somehow the Army took a skinny immature kid and made a soldier out of me.  And by chance and coincidence I was privileged to march,  and run,  and jump,  – then go into combat with some of American’s bravest young men.

I don’t know how I survived,  – or why,  – when so many others were taken.

I watched incredibly brave South Vietnamese soldier give their lives to keep their country free,  even as Nixon and Kissinger were selling them out.

Now there are times it makes me really angry to watch young Americans with no clue voting to end our Constitutional Republic,  – and the last hope for the whole world.

The shredder couldn’t shred those memories….

And now so-called ‘Americans’ are able to steal an election and our freedom right out from under us – without firing a shot…?

They just stuffed enough fraudulent votes into enough the Black-controlled precincts to elect a dementia-riddled career crook as President?

And we’re letting them?

Now we’re headed North….to winter-over in North Conway while we try to find a new home somewhere where we’ll see more moose than DemoCraps.

Pray of our Nation,  and ARM yourselves!

Fair winds and following seas my friend

At least, the north-country is still a transient vote-enemy

We left Massachusetts in 2016 and moved to North Carolina. Although I miss New England, I couldn’t afford to live there any longer. It’s cheaper down here, warmer and more conservative. Good luck wherever you wind up.

I had been wondering how the Great Move North was progressing. Best of luck to you and Mrs Rabid. It’s hard to see good friends and fellow conservatives move away, but you have to do what’s right for you.

God bless you for all you have done and I hope you continue to do more.
We need many more like you. The new war is right here on our land. I pray
    for the next generation.

Mike; I second all the foregoing comments. Best of luck and to use an old Irish Saying to close, “May you be in Heaven Half an Hour before the Devil knows your dead.” God BLess

Mike, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have learned more from you in 14 years than any “formal” education could provide. Your dedication, your historical knowledge, your patriotism and love of country, your unflinching/unbreakable character shine through your posts. You are an example to us all of what is needed more in this country. I wish you and your wife well on the latest chapter in your lives. I wish you both many more. I hope and pray you continue the blog. It is what I check first thing in the morning, and it is the last thing I check at night. I’m not a military but Tango Yankee great soldier.

I learned much from you too Sir! You are a most decent and noble man, – the kind of Citizen worth fighting for…. It was always a pleasure to chat with you. OF COURSE the blog will continue…

Mike, I also echo above comments. You are a tireless patriot. Moving is hard but I hope the somewhat still conservative attitude in NH will be less stressful. Good luck to you both.

TY Sue! At least we won’t be paying to pad the local town payroll to put granite curbing on country roads…with crosswalks paved with bricks from the Big Dig…

Have you looked to homestead in your old stomping grounds of Clarksville, TN. 5th largest city in the state and the GREEN DOOR was still in operation last time I was there. Where ever you land be safe.

Mike, Best of luck to both of you. A new journey, and a new perspective. Your constant and consistent message has meant so much to so many. You have educated many, given us something to smile about so often, and added a perspective not found in the MSM. I am proud to have been with you in this endeavor for some past times. You are a stalwart and true friend.
May God bless both of you in your new home, your new life, and for getting out of Massachusetts.
    All my best always,

Mike, thank you so much for all that you have given to so many over the years. Good luck in your new home, we wish you and your family the best always. You have great passion and conviction, you are a great American patriot, and a devoted conservative, always fighting to pursue freedom and what is right and good for our country.

We are counting on you to remain a source of strength for us as we continue our fight to keep America great. Your blog is very important to so many of us as we work to protect our country, our life and our liberty.

Thank you so much for all you have given, and will continue to give for many years to come. G-d bless you and G-d bless America.

Congratulations, Mike. Well earned, well deserved….

Sadly, your move’s now about 1800 miles from Fort Myers, but only 200 from Coventry, so see you next summer anyway, for an RON, provided Massatwoshits allows us to pass through…

Hey, Brother, do you know the difference between MA and NH? In New Hampshire, Moosehead is beer. In Massatwoshits, it’s a felony! Oh….well….it used to be, anyway.

A hug to Mrs. Iron Mike, and happy trails.
