Mister Obama Needs A History Lesson

Posted May 27th, 2016 by Iron Mike

For someone who is supposedly ‘so much smarter than Bush’ – it seems Barack Hussein Obama Junior didn’t learn much History!
Obama in Hiroshima

If he feels some strange personal guilt because America dropped a couple of Atomic Bombs on a ruthless oriental enemy that sent over 4,000 kamikaze pilots to attack American ships – sinking 40 of them – killing 4,900 sailors and marines, – wounding 4,800 more…., he should have made this trip as a private citizen – next year!

CAUTION:   Gruesome photos below the fold may help explain why so many Americans, Brits, Australians, New Zealanders, Dutch, and other WWII Allies are so badly pissed….

Obama needs a history lesson

Since 1945,  how many other US Presidents felt a need to apologize to the Japs?

Japs bayonette baby in Nanking

Truman fought in France in WWI.   He ordered the bombs used to save lives – an estimated 10,000,000 Japanese lives and maybe 500,000 US lives…..

Does Obama think he knows better – 71 years later…?

Japs shooting prisoners

Obama pulled this narcissistic self-centered elitist stunt the week before Memorial Day. Do you think that was an accident of timing?

Jap bayonettes chinese prisoner

By ~ almost ~ apologizing,  Obama was essentially telling the Japs they’d done nothing wrong in WWII….and didn’t deserve to be bombed.  Did he fail high school history?

Rape of Nanking

Mister Obama: For these next 7 months and 3 weeks, you can only further etch your name into the walls of the Hall of Fools…..

You will not be remembered as ‘America’s First Black President’ – because in years to come America’s Blacks will stridently point out that you were half-white.

You will be forever known as America’s Greatest Blunder!

Yes War is hell, My Uncle hated the “Japs” he was a Marine Recon officer that saved 2700 US civilians from the Japanese, on My Mothers side the all hated the Jerries.

My father hated the North Korean’s, My brother died in Vietnam. But all of them are long dead now.

I served in the Great Bush Lie, the Persian Gulf. It is time especially during the time of religious fanaticism. I thought the speech was outstanding.

No, William Clark, I do not agree with you. I think now, more than ever before we must stand up to these terrorists. I think 0bama is not very educated. He went to school in a madras and didn’t learn American history. I doubt if he ever knew anyone who was in a war.

It is embarrassing when he puts the Medal of Honor on a brave person.

I will save my comments on 0bama’s actions on Beau B for another time.

Japan started the war with the United States, not the other way around. As Roosevelt said “… the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan.

The United States was at peace with that nation and, at the solicitation of Japan, was still in conversation with the government and its emperor looking toward the maintenance of peace in the Pacific”.

We shouldn’t celebrate dropping the bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, nor should we apologize for it. In the war with Japan We lost 112,000 men and over a quarter of a million were wounded. As US forces approached Japan the fighting intensified (Iwo Jima and Okinawa). The invasion of Japan was estimated to incur 500,000 US casualties. Secretary of War Stimson estimated much higher figures, 1,700,000 – 4,000,000 US casualties and 10,000,000 Japanese casualties.

Truman did the right thing in dropping the bomb. Although the impact to two cities was catastrophic and horrific, it was more merciful than an invasion. The Japanese paid a terrible price for their aggression. No one, and certainly no President, should apologize for the consequences.

I’m surprised we didn’t drop 20 atom bombs for what they did.

    Another perspective:

OK we dropped two bombs, killed maybe 200,000 civilians. It was estimated we would have had 500,000 casualties had we invaded. Now that was US casualties BUT the number of innocent, Yes I used the word innocent, Japanese civilians killed while we conquered the Imperial Host would have been in the millions, repeat millions.

The Japs should be thanking us for the two bombs.

Emperor Hirohito was just as guilty of mass murder as Hitler, yet we gave him a pass, allowing Hirohito to live out his life pampered in a palace. He should have been tried for war crimes and hung like thousands of others we executed.

This is nothing more than another part of the muslim’s long standing campaign to degrade and destroy America and her supporters in any way possible. It’s a NATIONAL DISGRACE that not only was he not impeached and imprisoned for his many constitutional transgressions and other scandals but that like buba Clinton, he will never have to pay for his crimes and he will remain popular with democraps.

most all posts hit the mark esp hawk, on the other hand william, with your family history of family service you amaze me with your ass backward thinking. do the numbers man, look at the pictures, they started the war and they did the head removals, bayonetting our men and chineese children for sport. I note how they defiled chineese women, – did americas ever do that? how can you see this differently you say war is hell, yes it is but killing helpless, innocent people is nor part of war. i havent seen those photos since my childhood. no mankind worthy of life acts like this. HAIL TO TRUMAN AND THE BOMBS. GOD BLESS AMERICA…

What is a disgrace is that Congress has not censured the President. They are complicit in this disgrace.

Obama is a disgrace, perfect choice of words, Sherox! Did you see this apology from Obama’s recent visit?– “President Obama arrived in Japan insisting that he wouldn’t apologize for the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, but found himself apologizing instead Wednesday for the murder of a Japanese woman, allegedly by an ex-Marine in Okinawa.

Hours after landing in Japan, Mr. Obama was confronted by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe privately — and then again publicly — over the rape and slaying of the 20-year-old woman, which has prompted massive street demonstrations and raised long-running tensions over the presence of U.S. military bases on Okinawa.”

My question is this: Obama travels to Japan and makes formal public and private apology to the PM and public for the heinous actions of a bad Marine who has since faced military justice. Where was Obama’s apology and actions to Katie Steinle’s family for allowing an illegal alien to seek and find haven in a sanctuary city and out-rightly murder a young woman–crickets???
