Kahr Says makes a nice line of pistols – designed for concealed carry, including a line for women.
Now they’re departing their home in Blauvelt, NY – for Pennsylvania’s Pike County, where they just bought 620 acres – enough for their new HQ – [AND any manufacturing they need to move] – specifically because of NY’s new anti-gun law pushed by Governor Cuomo.
As the Mass Legislature wrestles with a lot of similar ‘feel-good’ [but very stupid] new laws offered by Governor Patrick and David Linsky [?ber-MoonBat from Natick] – it’s worth remembering that Kahr has a manufacturing plant in Worcester.
If Massachusetts is stupid enough – those jobs could be in Pike County within a year.
BTW, business is VERY GOOD for Kahr right now. Almost everything is on back-order. Seems like a terrorist running loose in Watertown was a big wake-up call for a LOT of people!

Oh, I have no doubt that they’ll move their Massachusetts plant jobs. Why not have all their manufacturing at one location? Patrick does give a fig about the citizens of this state. The other governors in other states aren’t much better. With a few exceptions, I’m sure, but over all———–?

I own a Kahr and I have friends that work at Kahr. BUT we may see them leave MA and I may be gone too if the moon battery keeps running rampant and unchecked.

Massholachusetts will probably lose Kahr, Smith & Wesson and Harrington and Richardson(now owned by Marlin) as well.
