Darwin Award Winner

Posted September 2nd, 2010 by Iron Mike

Wednesday’s Darwin Award Winner is was eco-terrorist and anti-human evangelist James Jae Lee of Maryland, – previously from San Diego and Maui.

He was influenced by the book Ishmael and of course Al Gore’s movie.  He considered humans as pollution.  He referred to human babies as parasitic, and wanted the Discovery Channel to change their programming to encourage people not to have babies.

James entered the Discovery Channel studios in Silver Springs armed and wearing what looked like a suicide vest, and took hostages.  After a 4-hour standoff – the SWAT team acceded to his demands and emergency surgeons implanted devices so that he would not have any babies.  His gene pool has dried up.  Al Gore must be so proud!

We await a White House statement blaming George W. Bush.

This was a very serious situation. Your characterization of it in such a flippant light is troubling and using any public figure in relation to it doesn’t speak very highly of you or your methods. Hundreds of people were evacuated from a building and parents rushed to the scene to find out if their young children were safe. Humor has its place and one would think an “Old Soldier” such as yourself would have more appreciation for both humans and the human condition under such dire circumstances.
