But three weeks ago as the votes were counted, her dream vanished with the Democratic majority in the House.  Her private Air Force jet transport is going.  At best she can hang on as Minority Leader in the 112^th Congress.

In her final days of power, she’s going to stick it up your ass!

First, she’ll try to push some version of a bill allowing gays to serve ‘openly’ in the military through this ‘Lame Duck’ session of Congress.

She could care less about our military, or about the gays who might then come out of the closet only to be tossed overboard from ships at night. Right now she’s worried about the angry gays on her home district.  They wanted action and she failed to deliver.  Now she will.

Then, she and Dirty Harry Reid in the Senate – soon to become Minority Leader himself, are going to pass a version of the DREAM Act.

They are well aware that this is overwhelmingly UNPOPULAR with mainstream America. That’s half the fun of ramming it through now.  The other half is that unlike ObamaCare which might be overturned in court or by the 112^th Congress, once passed the DREAM Act is unlikely to be overturned or deemed unconstitutional.  Pelosi will have driven a huge wedge into the resistance to amnesty and Mexican Migration.

Our ten Democratic Lemmings from Sanctuary State Massachusetts will surely be voting with her. Over in the Senate John Ketchup Kerry will happily sign on.

For Massachusetts voters, only Scott Brown has any inclination of standing against this Democratic rip tide. You’ll have just a few days to help him stand firm against this attempt to start down the slippery slope.

The Dems will keep using the word ‘fairness’. Somehow it’s only ‘fair’ that kids who came here and ‘have been good students and good citizens’ should be allowed to stay and serve in the military or go to college – at in-state rates or on scholarships. [Tough shit that your kid didn’t get in. But after all, these kids were waiting.]

Whooa! First, they’re NOT ‘citizens’ – they are illegal aliens, the children of illegal aliens.  They and their parents should go back home and wait in line.

The other argument you’ll hear is ‘they’re here anyway – and in such great numbers we can’t possibly send them all home, – so this is the way to make the problem go away’.

Really?!?  You find termites, carpenter ants, and mice in your home, and rather than calling Orkin you declare them family members?

Expect Pelosi and the various members of La Raza and the Hispanic Caucus to be talking about a “win-win solution”.  They’re lying.  They win, – you lose.  So do your kids. Rewarding lawbreakers by granting amnesty and eventual citizenship, plus a cut-rate college education on your tax bill sends the wrong message.

It will also encourage a new tidal wave of illegals to come here.  Soon La Raza and Student Councils will be demanding Spanish speaking professors and textbooks – again at your expense.  All just another example of our domestic enemies using our own democratic processes to overload the system. But you already knew that.

Oh, and you Democrats, waiting on Niki’s contract with you?  No way!  Remember last year when she told the voters that she “had the best employer in the nation – the US Government”?  Remember that?  I do! She thinks she’s a government employee – not your Representative.

Michigan’s 15^th District – the Southeast corner of the state – including the auto making bedroom communities south of Detroit and the über-liberal campus area of Ann Arbor is about to see a historic change.  The 77-year grip of the Dingell family is about to be broken.  Daddy held the seat for 22 years,  John has been in it for 55 years.  Can anybody say “term limits”?

In Tuesday’s Michigan primary Cardiologist Rob Steele easily won in a field of four Republicans in what the NY Times calls a “solidly Democratic” district.  Dingle has always won heavily, but this year I think the times are changing.  The last “non-Obama” election was 2006, when just 9,447 Republicans came out to vote against Dingle.  On Tuesday four times that many came out for the primary.

The governor’s race may offer a clue.  Statewide four Republicans pulled 1,045,335 votes against two Democrats with just 527,439 between them.  I ~ think ~ times are changing. 

Did I mention Michigan’s 13.2% unemployment?

Dingle prides himself on having been a principle author of the ObamaCare Bill.  Think this heart doctor knows something about medicine, and what the people want?

Our elected socialists

Hello Americans!

Hard to believe in the muggy heat of this new Summer, – but there are just 19 more Tuesdays before we learn if we can correct our blunder and nudge our Young Republic back onto it’s Constitutional foundation, – or watch it destroy itself sliding further into the Soros-Pelosi-Obama brand of World Socialism.  In these next 132 days – will you work and fight to save your country?

The “Dems”, the Liberals, the Progressives, and the openly declared One-World Socialists are gearing up for the biggest battle of their lives. 

It will also be the biggest battle of your life.  If you love your kids and your Country you dare not rest this summer.  If we fail on Nov 2^nd and are forced to endure another two years of this über-liberal Congress , under this Socialist pResident, I’m not sure that Ronald Reagan himself could come back and fix things in 2013.  It is up to us, and we have just these 132 days – these 18 short weeks – go get the job done. 

To win our country back,  we must understand how we lost:

Older Americans saw nothing exciting or different in John McCain in 2008.  They stayed home muttering “pox on both of them”.  That cannot happen this November.  Please go and talk personally to each older person in your neighborhood.  They could easily be the swing votes, and if Election Day brings heavy rain or snow,  you will have to BE SURE THEY GET TO THE POLLS.

The Socialists in your local schools have been subtly teaching for decades that politics is “dirty”.  They’ve also been teaching things like “In a land this wealthy…”  and  “Somebody in the government should [fix this]”.  They have conditioned [brainwashed] almost everybody under 40 to believe that the government has a DUTY to take care of people.  This is the bedrock foundation of Socialism.  They keep implying that our Constitution is just a historic document – not applicable to “modern times”. 

So you have to start teaching what our Constitutional government is really all about and how it has worked best when the operating manual was being used.  You’ll have to teach a little history, – for instance that we’ve experimented with socialism four (4) times before, under Woodrow Wilson,  FDR,  Jimmy Carter,  and LBJ.  Each time was a disaster!!  Europe should not be our model of government.  Our ancestors came here to escape Europe.  Europe is broke and now overrun with angry Muslims.

Government has to live within a budget, just like a family does.  Families can’t print their own money, and governments have to stop printing “Monopoly Money” and pretending that our national isn’t about to bury us.  The solution is simple and has worked many times.  Spend only for essentials,  shop for bargains, and cut taxes to stimulate the economy.  Get off the back of business – big and small – and let the natural energy of a free economy do its thing. 

Protect our country rigorously, fiercely, honestly, and resolutely.  Don’t pussy-foot around and don’t mince your words. Keep our military strong, our intelligence services robust and free to do their job, and guard our borders and our shorelines like you guard your front and back doors.

Understand that re-emerging old foes like Russia and China are waiting for signs of weakness.  Rogue states like NoKorea and Iran already see us as week and are already acting.  Thugrcracys like Pakistan and Mexico are not our friends, and both are working actively to weaken us, sometimes through third parties like al Qaeda, drug cartels, and hordes of illegal immigrants arriving with “how to” kits. 

In 2010, any “liberal” who still believes it possible to co-exist with or bargain with Islamic fundamentalism should probably relocate to an Islamic country.  They are not helping to defend our Western Democracy.

Understand that the United Nations is populated almost entirely with petty thugs and dictators – almost all of them hostile to Freedom, to women, to Christianity and Judaism, and many of them live for the day when they can place a “UN Boot” on our necks.  So we cannot piss off and ignore the few proven friends we have, like England, Australia, and Israel. 

National defense in the 21^st Century is still a 24x7x365/366 job.  It will still require young patriots to stand forth, and their vigorous and dangerous duty will cause us to lose some of them.  Be very wary of any “American” who claims this in unnecessary.  They are either hopelessly naïve or working their way through live with diminished capacity.  But some of them are in fact those one-world socialists, and they vote. 

The Environment:  The BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico is real.  It is a genuine environmental disaster.  “Man Made Global Warming” is not!  I remind MMGW cultists that just 15,000 years ago there was a glacier 1 mile thick [aka 'Last Glacial Maximum'] covering my town. 

Energy:  The BP spill not withstanding, “Drill Baby drill!”  It will be at least two generations before wind and solar are viable.  The answer for our domestic electric power grid is nuclear, which will help big time to convert municipal fleets to electric.  The fastest way to dry up funding for terrorists is to reduce the flow of US oil dollars into the Middle East.

Social Generosity and Illegal Immigration:   You can’t argue logically with moonbats – they argue “feelings”.  Every other sentence starts off “In a country this wealthy…”  Every third one begins with the typical question “Don’t you care about…?”

Don’t get into a social policy discussion with a moonbat – it’s like good sex to them.  Bring the issues to their doorstep and their living room with a few simple questions.

Help them see reality:  Ask:  “Would you sprinkle a whole 50 lb bag of birdseed in your front yard every day?”   [pause]  “A fresh 50 lb bag every day. – - Why not?” 

Explain that if they instinctively understand that would be bad for their yard and for the birds, – - why would they do it to Mexicans?  By failing to enforce our laws, secure our border, and providing welfare magnets to Mexicans, – we’re simply importing Mexico’s social problems to our major cities, and eventually to our smaller towns.  Then ask them:  “Don’t you want to see Mexico clean up its corruption and become a good place to live?”

My best line goes like:  “If an illegal Mexican family shows up at your house – just looking for a better life, – will you let them in to stay with you?”  [a few will say Yes]  If they do, write down their name and address, and tell them to stock up on food because you’re going to give it to the first Mexican you see outside Home Depot.

 ILLEGAL DRUGS

Ask them if they “know anybody” who has used or is using illegal drugs. 

Explain “their friend’s” drug use is funding the drug wars now waging between the cartels in Mexico – the murders of police, the beheadings of civic leaders, reporters, and rival cartel members, – and our own US Citizens.

Ask if they voted for Obama.  Then ask who they think he should appoint to run the clean up the oil spill.  See if they’ve even thought about anybody who can do more than read a teleprompter.

BOTTOM LINE:  Talking to fellow Republicans is worthless right now.  It won’t change a single vote!  Stop e-mailing jokes, rants, cartoons, and the latest anti-Obama bumper stickers to each other.  STOP IT!   Go talk to those moonbats!  Do it every day for 132 days – see if you can change a few votes.

Here’s the only part of “Old Europe” I want here:

For the moment I won’t say which town.  It doesn’t really matter for the meat of this story.  I came early and took my customary seat in the back.  Many who came in were of my generation,  men and women in their sixties, many former Democrats – totally pissed at how their old party has been hijacked.  Former Republicans are equally pissed at how wussy and RiNO their party has become.  They don’t trust them anymore and they’re tired of holding their noses.

They are lifetime regular voters,  and had assumed they were doing what was expected of a good citizen.  All their lives they’d worked hard,  raised their families, minded their own business, voted, and trusted their government, even when the other party was in control for four years.  Not now!

These people are scared and angry, and fighting mad.  They’re watching the nation they helped build and protect being deliberately weakened and ruthlessly destroyed.   For the first time in their lives they’ve become activists, – writing letters, emailing congressmen, protesting, donating to candidates, and talking politics to friends, co-workers, and neighbors.

They’re genuinely afraid of this president,  and they’re totally bullshit at their congressmen.  Many are former military – and proud of it.  All had military service in their families.  They have borne the cost of Freedom, and now see that Freedom slipping into socialism.  But they have a lot of fight left in them, and they’re organizing.

There was a mentor there – an apostle from an established TEA Party – to guide them over the initial rocks.  His guidance was almost word-for-word lifted from my handout.  [Great minds . . . ]  The few words I spoke at the end simply reinforced his. 

There were thirty people there – not eight.  They’ll meet again next Wednesday,  - they’ll draft a mission statement, adopt an interim charter,  select leaders.  They’ll have a web site up and running,  they’ll learn to use the new media, – and soon enough they’ll take to the streets.  They get it, – they understand how important it is to win in November.  They will fight shoulder-to-shoulder as a unit to retake their Young Republic.  It’s going to be a really bad year for incumbents. 

Hey Pelosi, – I watched “Astroturf” growing last night.  Your Politboro’s days are numbered.

Can you just imagine the conversations going on this weekend in the snow-bound White House?  “Where are we going wrong?”  “Who do we throw into the volcano?”  “How can we make Obama look like Scott Brown?”  “Excuse me Mister President, it’s Mister Soros on the phone again, and he really sounds pissed.”  “Excuse me Mister President, Speaker Pelosi on Line 2.” 

Americans,  brace yourselves for some acts of desperation over these next two weeks.  Obama’s instinctive retreat from reality is to take his teleprompters and fly somewhere on Air Force One.  What stupidity will he inflict on us, and upon our children – next?
