Obama: Succeed or Fail?

Posted March 30th, 2011 by Jim Ettwein

Remember the controversy stirred up by Rush Limbaugh when he said he wanted the president to fail?  Much discussion ensued about the PCness of his statement.  Many cited it as racist.  Many cited it as anti-American.  Many villified Rush for making such a statement.

I wonder how many today would reconsider their opinion.  Not the moonbats, of course, they’re a lost cause.  But many, many Americans would now understand Rush’s comment.  If what PresO wants to do, and is doing, is not in the best interests of America, then we SHOULD wish him to fail.  This is NOT the same as wishing the US should fail.

Since his election the burgeoning Tea Party Movement and the resurgence of sanity in the election process have demonstrated that the vast majority of the American electorate is not in favor of PresO’s policies and direction.  They would want them to fail.  They they would want him to fail.  It’s not a bad thing.

Of course, if PresO were to suddenly see the light and decide to move in the direction of the American people, we might change our minds.  But, I’m not looking for global cooling in Hell any time soon.  rr

Should something unfortunate happen to Ghaddafi, whether it be fatal or fleeting, our manchild pResident will take credit and the media will beat their drums of support. The “tingles” will return to Comrad Chris, Rachel “Norhthampton”, Crazy Ed, CNN, ABC, CBS and NBC will all be orgasmic. The 2012 campaign will be well its way and the new world order UN will claim their share of the “victory”.
