Obama dissolves Supreme Court!

Posted February 23rd, 2011 by Jim Ettwein

In an all-too-common display of hubris and dictatorship, the Obama Admin today declared the Defense of Marriage law unconstitutional and is now refusing to enforce it. (Sounds like US Immigration law to me). How the Executive branch is able to make its own determinations of constitutionality is beyond me. But they’re doing it.

If they can do that, what’s next? Free speech? Right to Bear Arms? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see… fortunately, we’ll only have to wait until next year. rr

After the Korean War, the US left almost 1 million M1 Garand rifles and carbines for the South Koreans. Many collectors and WW11 buffs would like to purchase these guns that the South Korean Government is selling. BHO has forbidden the import to the US of these guns.

Let’s see if I have this right; first he tells me that I must have his health insurance then his wife tells me what I may not eat and now he tells me I may not own one of these guns and have a piece of history.

Make no mistake, this current move by Obama to declare DOMA unconstitutional is just another diversionary tactic and to pander to the gay community whose support he needs for 2012. In addition to the union demostrations that are building around the country we will now see selective demonstrations by the gay rights crowd. The fact is that in the 33 states where gay marriage has been a referendum item it has been defeated. Thitythree states have voted that a marriage is between a man and a woman, but Obama has trumped a law that was signed by Clinton and has declared it unconstitutional. This man is out of control.

Low standards, indeed, just not low enough so that you could serve. I’m not sure of your point, however, since my post had nothing to do with whatever point you were making. And I identify myself and allow my own email address on here… unlike cowards like you who post with erroneous email addresses. Must be nice to poke at others from behind a shield of deceit. rr

You might want to double check your facts on this. Not that it’s much better, but the administration didn’t say it wouldn’t enforce DOMA it said it wouldn’t defend in Court. There is a difference. In fact, I beleive they said they would continue to enforce it, but if and when is was challenged in Court, they would not put up a defense.

You are probably technically correct Counselor.

But oBummer has just sent the GREEN LIGHT signal to every gay group in the country to “go ahead and sue the Federal Government – we won’t even show up in court“.

Explain the difference between Obama and Qaddafi…ruling by fiat. “Change” they didn’t see coming.
