More Jamie Eldridge Legacy – Bankruptcy

JamieBoy Taking Credit

In both 2008 and 2010 our ‘very own JamieBoy’ was bragging throughout his campaign about how HE brought Evergreen Solar and 800 jobs to Devens.  He was quick to explain how the state had ‘invested’ $58 million taxpayer dollars in this cutting-edge green technology.

Earlier this year Evergreen laid off those 800 – and moved their plant to China.  Jamie “demanded’ a refund!

Now Evergreen is filing for bankruptcy.  How will JamieBoy spin this development?

When you see Jamie – you might want to educate him:

  –  Mass production [a factory] is only viable when LOTS of people want to buy what you’re making.

  –  Evergreen’s solar panels weren’t selling – because the democrat-dampened housing market SUCKS!  Folks aren’t building many new homes – because there are so many foreclosed ones available.

  –  Banks aren’t lending out much mortgage money thanks to the new Dodd-Franks restrictions.  In other words, the future for solar panels right now is pretty dim.

The chance that JamieBoy will try to blame Republicans for this is enormous.

When he does – just explain to him that it’s NOT government’s job to use taxpayer $$ in attempt to pick winners and losers in the marketplace.  Government should stay OUT of business’s business.

Since Evergreen can’t return our money, – ask Jamie for it!  And let me be fair – Duh-val Patrick played a big roll in this taxpayer money boondoggle.

And their answer is..?  “Tax the Rich, tax the RICH!‘  Yeah, that’ll work to save Evergreen!

Whether on the road or at the desk, there is always time to print the truth about Obama and Patrick’s phony green jobs. This story broke in the Herald and even made Drudge today. I wonder if the pResident on his “Debt Man Driving” bus tour is still pushing green jobs on this job, I mean campaign tour, in his brand spanking new amoured buses paid for with our money to the tune of $2.2M. Of course he flew to Iowa on Air Force One, then boarded the bus for his stop in Cannon Ball, MN, next stop Iowa and then back home to Illinois.
The same talking point rhetoric in MN, will it be different at the next two stops? We will have the pleasure of his company in Taxachusetts when he arrives late Wednesday for his 8 day stay in Chilmark on Martha’s Vineyard. The media will be tripping over each other, traffic will be horrendous, and the local merchants sputtering. How many press conferences will he have with DuVal to satisfy the resident beautiful people?

Green is the death of the species! solar panels and windmills are a way to stifle growth, the clear move in energy policy is Nuclear, but good luck with that with dictator Obama! Let’s remove this bastard already, He’s like a one night stand that we’re too liberal to kick out of the house, and soon enough if action is not taken he will become a long term commitment that will kill us all.
