Let The SHOW TRIAL Begin!

Just in time to provide a wall-to-wall distraction from Gitmo releases, kids streaming across our border, and beheadings in Iraq; – the Obama Cartel has captured [20 months later] – Ahmed Abu Khattala – the alleged al Qaeda terror leader who master-minded the Benghazi Attack.

The ACLU defense lawyers are lining up at the trough! And Eric Holder will try to turn it into another ‘OJ Trial of the Century’!

Will we have another Rose Garden press conference so Obama can spike the football?

Will Biden blab the names of the guys who grabbed him?

Since this guy claimed to be part of an armed terrorist group – he should be tried by Military Tribunal.  But you know that’s not going to happen.

For those of you who don’t understand the hypocrisy, try to understand:

The Geneva Convention categorizes Ahmed as an “Illegal Combatant” – one who fights OUT OF UNIFORM, – for an unrecognized government, – who attacks illegal targets, – and who murders unarmed and/or innocent non-combatants.

Therefore he is NOT entitled to a civil trial; – he should get a military tribunal, – followed by a firing squad.

He is NOT entitled to get a Miranda Warning – because Miranda only applies to crimes committed in the United States.

The hypocrisy is that the Obama Cartel wants to placate their über-liberal base – so they will ignore the law – read this goon his “rights”, – try him in a federal courthouse, – where the jury pool is against the death penalty, – with a judge who is an Obama appointee, – and make a huge show trial, – while suppressing any and all evidence of the Obama-Hillary arms smuggling operation.

And Obama will take ‘credit’ for the whole thing.

The arrest of this rag head was timed to give the greatest political reward for the pResident. Mark my words.

The big pre-trial fight will be for which federal court the trial will take place. Why? Because a Washington D.C. jury is not likely to convict, an ongoing breakdown in our criminal justice system.
