He Wants This Job Back – Why?

Maybe Richard Tisei or JamieBoy Eldridge can explain this one.  After all, they sponsored the Massachusetts Transgender Bathroom Bill.

Down in Camden NJ a fellow(?) has filed a lawsuit to get his(?) job back.  El’Jai Devoureau was hired by a drug-testing outfit to watch men pee into a cup for drug testing.  Then somebody figured out that El’Jai had listed his(?) sex as ‘transgender’.

Nothing in the rulebook guided Urban Treatment Associates, – so rather than risk a lot of lawsuits from upset men, – they booted El’Jai.  Now we’re going to pay for another ‘landmark’ case.  I guess this one has Elena Kagan written all over it.

I’m absolutely certain those two brilliant legislators – Tisei and Eldridge can make perfect sense out of all of this.  I’m sure they can.  Can El’Jai demand that one-third of the jury be transgendered?  And another one-third be clients, as in ‘a jury of his peers’?

I’m just trying to figure out how sick, twisted, and dead-end is your life at age 39, that you would actually file a lawsuit to get back a job watching grown men pee in a cup?

Exactly what part of this job brings the challenge that gets you leaping out of bed in the morning?  E-e-yeuh!
