Have You Heard About Nashville? No?

So you haven’t heard about Nashville?  Take a look:

Gee, to you think that ~ just maybe ~ the MSM have let you down again?

But of course we have to remember that this is “Middle America” – and these quaint backwoods yokels don’t really matter to East Coast and West Coast liberals – who have so many more important changes to make here in America.

Please note that these quaint backwoods yokels didn’t engage in looting . . .

Thank you, once again, thank you. I can’t wait to hear from britsarmymom………..

Why did these people help each other? Because they are good people. It is the Christian thing to do. They have grown up knowing you reap what you sow. These are values that are instilled from childhood, heard in church or chapel.

Is anyone else bothered by the reaction to our recent water “crisis” in Boston? While it was certainly not close to the fiasco in New Orleans, we had the spectre of seemingly normal city citizens in full panic mode until their beloved goverment stepped in with free bottled water. For a few gallons of gas they could have driven 1/2 hour on route 93 and bought all the water they needed for just a few dollars. Does anyone remember the quaint phrase “rugged individualism?”

I definitely hope that the federal government manages this disaster better than they did with Hurricane Katrina. Having made it through a flooding myself, I can tell you that it can end up genuinely devestating. If you are privileged enough to have the means to have the capacity to replace any material posessions, there will always be a number of important things that finances can’t replace. My heart truly is out to those folks and they are in my thoughts and prayers.
