Dangerous Double Standard At DoJ

Posted July 9th, 2010 by Iron Mike

It could not be any more IN YOUR FACE!  The Obama / Holder Department of “Justice” is playing the race card in every issue.

CASE:  Already widely discussed, Eric Holder’s DoJ dropped proceedings against the New Black Panthers in the Philadelphia polling place incident.  Holder then reassigned career DoJ Section Chief Christopher Coates out of Washington to a new post in South Carolina.  Coates had been hired under Clinton, and promoted under Bush.  Whose side is Holder on?

CASE:  While discussing this Black Panther case dropping with DoJ attorney J. Christian Adams of the Voting Rights dicision,  Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes declared that “…cases are not going to be brought against black defendants on the benefit of white victims.” She also stated that DoJ would not enforce Section 8 of the “Motor Voter” law, which requires states periodically to purge voter rolls of felons, the deceased and those who have moved. Per Adams, Fernandes said, “We’re not interested in those kind of cases. What do they have to do with helping increase minority access and turnout? We want to increase access to the ballot, not limit it.”   Whose side is Holder on?

CASE:  Holder’s DoJ is bring suit against Governor Jan Brewer and the State of Arizona to overturn their new immigration law.  This as Arizona citizens and Arizona law enforcement officers are being threatened, shot at, and murdered.  Whose side is Holder on?

CASE:  The Oscar Grant shooting.  Just after New Year’s hour – 1 Jan 2009, officers responded to a report of a fight on San Francisco’s BART.  One of the individuals apprehended and restrained was Oscar Grant – a black man who continued to offer resistance.  Officer Johannes Mehserle pulled his Tazer to subdue Grant.  He fired.  The trajedy was that in the confusion he had pulled his sidearm, not the Tazer.  Grant died, and various videos of it went viral on the internet.

The Bay area has been through 18 months of demonstrations, protests, media circus, and inflamed racial tensions.  Mehserle was tried, and Wednesday the jury convicted him of involuntary manslaughter, and not guilty of 2nd degree murder and voluntary manslaughter.  There was massive rioting.

Today the Eric Holder inJustice Department announced that DoJ is going to “independent review of the Johannes Mehserle case in order to determine whether or not the shooting merits federal prosecution”.  White cop, – black victim.  Case already decided by a trial and a jury.  Whose side is Holder on?

Given the history of the past 400 years here in America,  I could understand a little “get even” politics in hiring and in selection of cases.  It would be regrettable, but it would be human nature.  Payback time.

But there’s nothing “little” about these recent moves.  This is big time stuff,  because it sends signals into all camps and factions.  It will scare the hell out of whites.  People who have spent a lifetime trying to broaden their outlook and acceptance of the new EEO/AA and fairness culture will pull back in recoil and horror.  Some Blacks,  like these New Black Panthers will become emboldened,  and go over the top.

And none of this will help Blacks in the workplace.  They have been between 15% – 16% unemployed for the past year.  Obama will of course respond by establishing more quotas and set-asides.  In all,  race relations will have been set back at least 30 and maybe 50 years before November 2012.  This too will be the sad shameful legacy of our “first post-racial president”.

There is a really dark side to all of this.  Most Blacks thought they were finally going to see a Brother in the White House.  No so at all

As a West African Muslim, the descendant of Muslin slave traders, Obama inwardly despises American Blacks.  They are descendants of slaves, inferior in his mind.  But he will gladly and cleverly use them – and their pent-up frustrations, hopes and anger, – to foment further civil strife.  It’s all part of the Socialist take-over plan.

What do you think MLK would be saying about all this?

One Response to “Dangerous Double Standard At DoJ”

Some of us know that MLK was a Republican and he would be revolted at what the thug in chief, the thug from Chicago, AJ Holder, and his DOJ has done to set back race relations to the 60’s. What can we expect when there are wholesale voting fraud and irregularities in many states in the mid-term elections? The answer is nothing from the DOJ and probably more violence and intimidation for the New Black Panthers, the SIEU and other union special interest groups that stand to loose when the Dems and defeated. Not only will it be a long hot Summer, but November will be sizzling as well.
