Budget? Ok, Let’s Start With an Unconstitutional Process

Posted July 21st, 2011 by Jim Ettwein

We don't need no stinking Constitution!

How come Senators are ganging together (Gang of Six) and putting together a financial plan?  Under the US Constitution all spending and appropriation bills must originate in the House.  It’s time for the Senate to pass the House Cut, Cap, and Balance Bill sent over.  At least then they’ll be on record with their decisions.  As would be PresO, in his veto, should the Senate (gasp!) approve CC&B.  All of a sudden we’re running things backwards.  And no one’s protesting.  No ones’s crying foul.

Well, I am.  Foul!    rr

I heard this yesterday, but do you recall the first “gang”? It was the “gang of four” namely, Mao, Madam Mao, Chou En Lai and Dung Chou Ping. These “Senatorial Gangs” (always consisting of Dems and RiNOs) work in secret, and in this case they say for six months and, we only just recently heard from them. I agree that the process is broken and unconstitutional, but where is the outrage? Who is crying FOUL for the constitution other than you?

I’m getting really steamed about this…..

What about RINOs putting earmarks in this ‘new’ plan? Fox reported that last night.
