Former FBI Director Louis Freeh has issued his report on the Penn State child sex scandal. His 267-pages conclude that Hall of Fame coach Joe Paterno, President Graham Spanier, athletic director Tim Curley and vice president Gary Schultz “repeatedly concealed critical facts relating to Sandusky’s child abuse.”
