In a Republican administration Scooter Libby was, in my opinion, falsely convicted of outing a CIA agent, Valerie Plame. Scooter did jail time in federal prison. Mr. Donilon, if convicted should, at least, have a similar fate.

Tom; I wish there was a “like” button applicable to your comment. At worst, Libby outed a CIA analyst living as a suburban housewife in Maryland. Nothing bad happened to her. Not the case here.
