‘Invisible Atheists’ Sue Acton-Boxborough

Posted February 14th, 2012 by ironmike

Like we don’t have enough REAL problems?

Two cowardly local atheists – ‘Jane and John Doe - have hired Attorney David A. Niose to sue the Acton-Boxborough Schools to remove the offensive wordsunder God’ from our Pledge of Allegiance.

They claim their kids ages 9, 11, and 13 are being harmed by hearing those two words spoken around them. I can’t imagine why the Does moved to Acton, – unless living in their former town became uncomfortable after their last lawsuit.

Attorney Niose – whose firm specializes in slip & fall lawsuits – can be reached in his Fitchburg office at 978-343-0800 or (800) 921-0800.

David didn’t just ‘take this case’ – he is a practicing atheist himself!  He’s president of the American Humanist Association.  By filing this case he is both drumming up business and ‘evangelizing’ his godless cause, – on our dime!  BUT WAIT!  There’s MORE!!

David has written a book due out July 17th – so this lawsuit will draw a lot of media attention – and likely book sales.

Acton-Boxborough taxpayers [heavily Democrat] are being used as shills to hawk his atheist book.

David needs the money. He and wife Kathryn send their son to the pricy Applewild School where tuition for kids starts at $15K.  Headmaster Williamson confirms they say the Pledge there.  When will David sue Applewild too?

I called Attorney Niose for comments, he wouldn’t take the call.  Can you say ‘hypocritical opportunist‘?

Old Soldier, – Still Good for Parts!

Is it ‘good parenting’ to protect kids from ‘under God’, – or is it a form of child abuse to subject your kids – ages 9, 11, and 13 – to the scrutiny of their classmates because of your atheist beliefs?  I see three expendable pawns in a narcissistic adult chess game.

Great piece Mike. I’m not sure the person you are reporting on is worthy of the ink.

It’s a great message showing the valley who our neighbors are. I wondered what the odor was when we receive those western air currents.

Here’s an additional item for the list, How Did We Lose Control of our Country?

In NC there was an incident where a preschooler had her lunch from home taken away and replaced with a school lunch. the reason? The inspector of lunches, who is required to inspect all lunch boxes in the pre K class, deemed the lunch to not meet nutritional standards. What was in the lunchbox? Twinkies? It was a turkey and cheese sandwich, a banana, a bag of chips and an apple juice.

What did the girl eventually eat for lunch? Three chicken nuggets! Please tell me what in that lunch, except perhaps the chips, does not meet the FDA “guidelines” of one meat, one grain, one dairy, two fruits/vegetables. But three chicken nuggets is better?

Folks when we have federal agents inspecting and confiscating preschoolers lunches, things are way out of control. Please God, help us to elect someone who can turn this around before it is too late.

The reason the Does and the lunch police do what they do is because they can. They feel emboldened by the current state of affairs in our nation. We have hordes of “occupiers” usurping public property and brazenly flauting laws, both legal and social…because they can. Rather than face arrest, they squat illegally and receive aid from our government and liberal sympathizers. We have high-ranking government officials cheating at the stock market, and selling guns to Mexican Drug Lords, because they can. The system of justice, of checks and balances, is broken. There are no consequences for their behavior. We need to change that before its too late…

I was just reading a piece from Michigan complaining about the student performance in public schools. I read this piece and arrived at the same comclusion.

The common thread in all of these assinine atheist claims and student performance issues is…

    … wait for it…

    DEMOCRAT

    ’nuff said.

Perfect! This lady understands that the socialists do what they do because they can. It is time for everyone to say — enough!

Not surprising the the School System, as they do in most Moonbat run towns, did not offer a compromise to the three “offended” poor dears to leave the class rather than being abused by the mere sound of “under God” during the Pledge. But then again, compromise is usually not in the vocabulary of most school systems because many may have leanings toward the atheists who are hell bent on imposing their minority view on the majority. I don’t trust any judge in Middlesex County or any other county in this state. This will be a lead story on the conservative talk shows and maybe even the Fox News Channel if they have not lost their nerve. God forbid should this frivolous case be successful; watch for a rash of similar suits in Mass and other “People’s Republic” around the Nation.

I believe this guy is desperate and trying to do his job by drumming up business that he so desperately seeks.

He belongs in another country who tolerates atheism. He’s protected because he lives in Mass. where liberalism is a mental disorder.

    Update:

The parents of the children are not upset about ‘under God’ and not upset about ‘freedom of speech’. That’s off the table. The parents are upset because their children are compelled to be there.

This was explained to me by a friend. Curiouser and curiouser.

We’re guessing that this family lives in Half Moon Hill… :)

  10. You have it WRONG

well, David did take my call, and for the record, his other child is in public school. And why on earth would you mention where his child does go to school? Isn’t that just inviting some idiot to do something stupid?

    - This is not about removing “under God” – read the lawsuit – it’s about the Massachusetts law that compels every student to recite the pledge – whether or not they choose to say “under God”. It’s a badly written law.

—– Thanks for your comment. ——–
With BOTH his lawsuit and his book, Mister Niose has thrust himself – and his entire family – into the public spotlight.

He made the decision to be an obnoxious and expensive part of our lives – to further his own causes and line his own pockets. Such decisions come with consequences – including unintended consequences.

If he hasn’t already sued Applewild and the public school his own children attend, then he’s a self-serving hypocrite.

  11. You're still wrong

Can’t agree with you on any of your comments on this one – lining his pockets? because he’s going to make how much off of that book?

Nice guy, nice kids, believes in being a good person because it’s the RIGHT thing to do….

First time reading your blog (my mother told me about it) – you have a very impassioned following and I am wishing you all nothing but the best, even though we have very different views!

  12. Karen G

In textbook liberal fashion, the Does think this is their world, and we should simply live in it. They have no shame in attempting to further their own personal religio-political agenda, and use their kids as an excuse! It is abusive behavior that should have consequences, but they picked the right state, and town, to play out their shenanigans. As a parent. I believe their actions are teaching their children to be intolerant and selfish…and sneaky!

Their lawyer, as this blog suggests, will not sue his child’s pricey private primary school because he at least knows enough not to make a mess in his own sand box. Even a puppy knows that…
