Established to communicate mainstream and conservative Republican thinking. For a brief moment, as Obama swept into office, we felt like we were wandering alone through a socialist desert. But quickly your hits started adding up, and we know that we’re not alone. Part of the blame also lies with the leadership of our own Republican Party – mostly for trying to win votes by running RiNO candidates who masquerade as pseudo-Democrats.

Amazingly, just yesterday, I heard from a young Marine who helped rescue my son from a burning Humvee in May 2006. It was our first opportunity to speak. Haunted by the terror of that day, he wonders if he and his MarineBuddies could have done anything differently. Young Sargeant, please know that we rest knowing that you are one of an entire platoon of Courageous, Selfless Marines who did everything in your power to rescue our sons. Know, too, that we stand amazed at the rapid response that was made, and the continuing love and support that comes our way in memory of our beloved son.

It sickens me again to hear of John Kerry's loose and unbridled tongue. For it was of my son and his MarineBrothers that John Kerry so recklessly stated that they must be "stuck in Iraq." Thank God above that these Marines and Soldiers have the heart, the courage, the commitment, the idealism, the hope, and the fortitude to continue serving in a hostile arena. Despite the obnoxious and despicable gaffs of Kerry, we know that you are true to yourselfs, each other, and to our beloved Nation. Thank you, mighty warriors.

As for Kerry's newest "attempt" at humor . . . "Well Mr. Kerry, remember when you "apologized" on National TV to "that woman whose son was killed in Iraq?" THAT WOMAN is ME. And your sincerity was ALWAYS in question. You didn't apologize then, you don't now, and your continuing utterances of ignorance prove that you have not a CLUE as to the sacrifice being made by our brave men and women in uniform.

Your behavior is shameful, reprehensible, though it is consistent. WHEN IN THE WORLD will the people of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts see through the ugly film of contempt that you wear for our troops and their families?

How can I loathe you more? Let me count the ways.
