At Rabid Republican Blog we are proud, humbled, and amazed to announce our 2000th hit. Some 650 separate viewers have clicked in since we began. Actually, the real number is higher, because we didn’t have the counter installed during our first month.

So we are amazed and humbled by your response. Thank you one and all – for your visits, your comments, and your encouragement. We hope we’ve managed to say things you were thinking, provided some comic relief, and earned your trust.

We need your trust, and your return visits, for this will be a very long and ugly four years.

It may take another full year for some of the Obamabots to start seeing the damage their “MEssiah” is doing to our Young Republic. First they have to get past the denial phase, just as a married person does when they suspect that their spouse is cheating on them.

That is where you will come in. You need to be ready to point out that it was a false marriage from the get-go; – that OBummer was unable to be faithful to them or our country because he can only be faithful to himself.  Their hopes, their dreams, their trust are mere toys in his hands, part of his O-Magic Act, – all smoke and mirrors – all platitudes and empty phrases – like “Hope” and “Yes we can!”

You must be there to help these Obamabots through their discovery of the betrayal, and their shattered dreams of a Socialist Utopia being forced upon the American people.  Through their anger and grief, their heartbreak and disbelief, – you must renew their faith in our Core American Values,  - individual responsibility, – self-reliance, – common defense, – free enterprise, and equal opportunity for all under the law.  In short, you must replant their political and personal roots in the principles our founders laid down in our Constitution and our Bill of Rights.

Please do not shrink from these tasks. This is not work you can sit by and hope somebody else will do. You’ve already witnessed what a disaster befell our country due to half-hearted Republican efforts and general public ignorance.  Danger always lurks, sniffing for weakness, waiting for an opportunity to strike. Remember that Stalin came to power after Lenin died, and Hitler assumed dictatorial powers after forcing Hindenburg to retire.  There could actually be greater evils lurking to grind away our Democracy if we are not fully aware and actively involved. Please stay alert and ready to act.

Immediately before us is a sweltering summer of unmet expectations in our inner cities, and external threats that our self-Obsessed pResident ZerO will try to ignore, – because he has no earthly clue about how to deal with them.

Frighteningly, he’ll likely welcome disasters which weaken America overseas, and which provide him excuses to usurp more power here at home.

For our part, at Rabid Republican we will make every effort to remain worthy of your time and your clicks, and to be both poignant and relevant. We unabashedly pray to God that this evil be lifted from us, and the damage to our beloved nation repaired during our lifetimes.
